Public complaint: since 2019 a contractor from DOW was unfairly removed

Ellen Trimon has been a contractor of DOW for many years but has been going through a hard time lately. Her contract was terminated unfairly.

During her 23 years working at DOW, she’s never received a warning, nor has she disrespected by her boss. She received a letter signed by the director Marlon Croes stating that she has been fired. When finding out why she was told because she threatened Endy Willems by sending her son to hit him, she emphasized that she has never threatened Endy but that he was the one insulting her and that everything started because of Jaime Trimon.

They go out on the job, but Bermudez keeps insisting that she has to do it, while he has two other workers. She does what he says, but Bermudez just sat in the back of his pick-up with another worker doing nothing. She informed her boss, Matthew, of the situation, because it was unacceptable. Bermudez kept disrespecting her until she was put to work with Jaime Trimon. Since then, her salary wasn’t correct, and she would even go during her vacation to DOW to get her money. They gave her a termination letter, but Marlon Croes claims that he did not sign the letter.

After three weeks of not hearing anything, the director informed her that Marlon Jacobs and Jaime Trimon were the ones who fired her. All of this happened in 2019, and she became ill because of the situation. She got a lawyer, but she lost the case because the judge said it was because of the threats. According to Ellen, Willems threatened herself and her son. She even spoke with Evelyn Wever-Croes and parliamentarians about this matter, who told her that she would go back to back, but it never happened. She wants a solution to this situation because they have fired her.
