Tuesday around 11:00 am, Alhambra’s security guard held a man near Dunkin Donuts who was harassing tourists and asking them for money.
They called the police to attend to the man. This man frequents the area, but he seemed to more aggressive and persistent today. The officer spoke sternly to him about his attitude.
The police asked the aggressive man to abandon the premises and instead of arresting him.
