Tuesday morning began with a severe accident in Dakota. Four cars were involved, and two people were injured. Around 8:15 am, police were requested at the intersection near ex-Kooyman on Avenida Milio Croes, where the accident occurred.
The driver in the van of DOW explained that he was driving behind the KIA Sportage when he noticed another vehicle trying to take a chance at the intersection, while another car did not see this, causing him to hit the KIA in front.
Two women were injured, and the assistance of the ambulance was requested to attend to the victims. Both were treated and then transported to the hospital.
The police closed the roundabout before the intersection to avoid the congestion of traffic.
