The Department of Public Health, on more than one occasion, informed that they do not test for Covid-19 but that different laboratories around Aruba are doing it. If you’re a resident and have Covid-19 symptoms, you must contact your doctor, and they will inform the laboratory at the hospital that you need an appointment to take a test. The hospital’s laboratory will contact you about your appointment.
If you are a tourist or local that needs to travel and you need to take a test, call the following numbers 5974522/ 2800630/ 5920709. These tests are done by laboratories and not by DVG.
DVG has received many phone calls and emails about Covid-19 tests, but DVG cannot help with that.
