DVG ready to receive second batch of vaccines

If all goes according to plan, the second batch of the Pfizer vaccines will arrive on Tuesday, March 9th. This second batch is destined as the second dose for those who have already received the first batch, those working in the health sector, and those who are 60+.

As soon as the vaccines arrive, on March 10th, the 12 personages who were the first to get vaccinated will receive their second dose. This group will be vaccinated at Club Don Bosco in Noord. On March 10 and 11, the personnel of DVG will also receive their second dose.

Then they will continue with the vaccination of the personnel at Dr. Horacio Oduber Hospital on March 11th. The personnel of IMSAN San Nicolas will be vaccinated.

The General Practitioners are scheduled to receive their second dose on March 13th at Centro Deportivo Libertador Betico Croes in Santa Cruz.

And on March 15th, we will start vaccinating the rest of the citizens who received the first dose. An appeal for everyone to double-check their second appointment. Check the time and location. Please cooperate to be there on time. Those whose appointments are after 5:30 pm will be rescheduled.

As of March 9th, you will be notified of the new time via the app or email.

The aim is to finalize round two of vaccination within 2 to 3 weeks to prepare for the third batch, scheduled to arrive in the week of March 29th. And will serve as the first dose for those in the health sector and the 60+.
