The wait is over—today marks the start of the Bright Summer Festival, set to light up Bushiri Beach.
Tickets are still available for anyone who hasn’t secured theirs yet but feels the excitement building. They can be purchased at Citgo Essoville, Citgo Boulevard, or online through Pay.aw and brightsummeraruba.com. VIP standing tickets are priced at 200 florin, while general admission is 95 florin.
To speed up entry, organizers are swapping physical tickets for wristbands to help avoid long lines at the venue. Bar tokens are also on sale, promising a smoother experience at the bars during the event.
According to promoter Mark Benson Denz, this marks the first beach event in many years. “Everything is ready. You can show up in flip flops, sit in the sand, and enjoy great music,” he said.
The festival will feature two stages. One will host various DJs playing electronic music under a large tent, which all attendees pass through upon entry. The main stage will focus on reggae, with performances in both Spanish and English. Headliners include the internationally acclaimed band Cultura Profética and singer KAPO, along with other top-level musicians. Jeon, fresh off performances in front of thousands in Europe, returns to Aruba with special surprises in store.
The festival offers a full experience, and tickets are still available. Gates open at 6 pm, with the music going strong until 3 am. Food and drink won’t be in short supply—five food trucks and well-stocked bars will be on site.
Attendees aged 16 and 17 are welcome but must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
