Fuel prices in Aruba rise for the third month in a row

by Nicole

For the third consecutive month, fuel prices in Aruba are going up. Every two months, on the second Wednesday, the Minister of Finance, Economic Affairs, and Primary Sector announces the revised fuel prices. Starting July 9th, 2025, consumers will once again pay more at the pump.

The new fuel prices are as follows:

  • Unleaded premium gasoline: 229.0 cents per liter (up by 2.3 cents)
  • Diesel LS: 196.7 cents per liter (up by 11.1 cents)
  • Kerosene: 182.3 cents per liter (up by 8.7 cents)

These prices include all applicable taxes, including BBO, BAZV, and BAVP.

The repeated increases are likely to impact household budgets and transportation costs, with diesel seeing the largest jump this time. The Ministry has not yet commented on whether further increases can be expected in the coming months.
