After several days of silence, on Saturday, October 12th, members of the FUTURO Party were asked to approve Gerlien Croes and Geoffrey Wever as the new leaders of the organization. Their task will be to guide the party’s vision for the next election in Aruba, responding to the public’s growing call for a different kind of politics. According to Gerlien Croes, an agreement has finally been reached.
Geoffrey Wever stated that they will jointly lead the organization in a dual leadership structure aimed at driving political change.
Their approach is focused on substance, with Wever emphasizing his commitment to moving Aruba forward through his work as a minister, without attacking anyone, and instead focusing on bringing real change to the island.
After several discussions about this partnership, it has now officially become a reality.
