On Thursday afternoon, around 3:40 pm, emergency services were called to assist a homeless man who had collapsed in front of the courthouse. He was promptly removed from the area and transported by ambulance.
Earlier that day, paramedics had already attended to him and contacted Stichting Hunto to alert them to his serious condition. The man had neither eaten nor had anything to drink. Although the paramedics waited for the foundation’s assistance, they never arrived.
Later, the man collapsed again, prompting another call, this time for an ambulance to transport him to the hospital. It was noted that he is a well-known individual with a history of unruly behavior. Upon arriving at the hospital, he refused to speak with any medical staff, and it was acknowledged that he was not a stranger to the professionals there.
