The police force responsible for the Caribbean Netherlands, including Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, and Saba (KPNC) continue searching for Jessica Collins, who went missing after leaving the cruise ship Carnival Horizon in Bonaire on September 17th, 2025. At the time, she was wearing a white shirt with an indistinct pattern, light blue jean shorts, and white slippers. She was also carrying a gray backpack.
Authorities are urging anyone who may have seen Jessica or who has information about her whereabouts to contact them immediately by calling 911 or 715-8000, or by using the anonymous tip line at 9310.
