For the first time, Aruba will be represented at a major distillery conference in the Caribbean. Local rum producer Pepe Margo, which began operations in 2022 and produced its first barrel of rum in January 2023, will take part in the event, set to take place in Jamaica.
The company will be represented by Jonathan Harms and head distiller Albert Bauch. Many countries from across the region will be participating, and Aruba is proud to be among them.
Pepe Margo currently produces a total of nine different products at its distillery, including three types of rum, as well as gin and liqueurs.
