Friday morning, at around 10:45 am, an accident involving two vehicles occurred at the intersection in front of Kowloon Restaurant. While the crash caused significant material damage, no injuries were reported.
According to reports from the scene, an Isuzu pickup truck struck a Hyundai Accent that failed to stop at the intersection. The force of the impact tore off the Accent’s entire bumper. Fortunately, the damage was limited to the vehicles involved. Both drivers and the passengers of the Hyundai Accent—tourists visiting the island—escaped the crash without injuries
