The Recharge Institute & Fitness Center reopened on Monday afternoons in Piedra Plat. These facilities are located just behind the Britannia field.
Gregory Milliard is known for his accomplishments in the field of MMA, but also for his prestigious Milliard MMA-Academy Aruba, which has now changed its name to Recharge Institute & Fitness Center. In these facilities, training is available for children to adults, with various types of classes. There are even special classes tailored for those aged 60+.
In addition to these training lessons, there is an area where children can sit and do their exercises while awaiting their gym classes to begin. There is also a service for picking up children from school. Inside the building, there are pictures of idols and the greatest names in MMA.
Milliard explained that there is a section for CrossFit and fitness, member bathrooms, a massage room, and an outdoor area where they’ve created a lounge offering everything healthy.
