The power went out again, this time in the Noord area. Around 9:08 am, NV ELMAR’s security system registered an outage in the Sabana Liber, Noord, and surrounding areas.
A truck passing through the Noord area ripped down some wires, leaving Noord, Sabana Liber, and the neighboring areas without power. NV ELMAR’s technicians have already mobilized to address the situation.
This is not the first time trucks have passed and ripped down power lines or phone wires. Many people have complained that the wires hang too low.
