Tragedy avoided: drivers have airbags and seat belts to thank

On Friday morning at around 9:00 am, an accident occurred at the roundabout near Banco di Caribe, involving a Ford Edge and a Honda Fit.

Information gathered at the scene indicates that the Honda Fit, heading towards Dakota, did not navigate the turn properly and continued straight into the oncoming Ford Edge, resulting in a semi-frontal impact.

Fortunately, both drivers emerged unharmed thanks to the use of seat belts and the airbags that deployed. However, there was considerable damage to both vehicles.

Once again, it is crucial for drivers to exercise more caution and respect traffic rules to avoid situations like this.
