Tour guide sentenced in for causing death of tourist

Dyron Croeze will not be imprisoned but he will have his sentence hanging above his head after a judge found him guilty of causing the drowning death of a tourist. 

Under his guidance, a group of tourists went to the ‘Moro’ beach. Even though the water was rough, he still allowed the tourists to jump into the sea. He was found guilty of this action.

He was sentenced to three months of prison, conditionally, with 2 years of probation and either 120 hours of community service or 60 days in prison.
