Wind Creek Aruba HR Department inaugurates new office

Wind Creek Aruba held an inauguration event for their new Human Resources office. After several months of renovation work, it has finally been completed, and they now have a suitable place to serve their employees.

Barbara Bronswinkel, HR Director of Wind Creek Aruba, expressed her happiness after several months of construction, where they moved from the fourth floor back to the second floor. They completely renovated the floor for Human Resources. This department has a dynamic team of ten people who ensure that the employee stands at the center of everything they do.

They are pleased with this initiative because it demonstrates what Wind Creek stands for. According to Bronswinkel, they are there for the team members, and they needed a suitable place to do so. The office was officially inaugurated with the presence of the Vice President of HR from Wind Creek Corporate in Aruba, who was the person responsible for the opening.

She thanked everyone who helped make this a reality. She indicated that it was a team effort from planning to funding, engineering, the general manager, and the HR team. This team was involved in the office setup, including the color and design. They are happy with the office.

When this news was announced, the HR employees received it very well. This is because it is a large and beautiful space, suitable for receiving applicants and colleagues in general. Now they can serve people much better than before.
