Life does not keep your plans into account

Tourists who were exploring the island were faced with a scary situation when the UTV they were driving flipped over.

Police were called at approximately 3:00 pm this afternoon to the Natural Bridge for an accident involving tourists. It was understood that their UTV had flipped over, causing one person to be injured. When police arrived at the scene, they confirmed that the tourist was indeed injured and was still seated in the vehicle.

The situation became even more troublesome when first medical responders arrived but seeing as it was an IMsan pickup, it was not suitable to transport her to the hospital. They did, however, provide her with first aid on site.

The first ambulance was dispatched her way when it, unfortunately, ran into some car trouble. They got a flat tire, which prevented the vehicle from reaching the victim. However, the paramedics opted to walk to the scene of the accident in order to provide the tourist with further medical attention.

A second ambulance was called to the scene in order to be able to bring the tourist to the hospital. The victim was visibly in pain as the paramedics were treating her foot. As of yet, it is unsure if her foot was fractured or not.
