During the Oduber IV Cabinet, Booshi Wever, who is the leader of the UPP party and a former parliamentarian, as well as a former minister for the MEP party at the time, was in charge of the health portfolio, but one way or another, he got the Foreign Affairs portfolio.
The UPP leader and former parliamentarian spoke about a recording made in 2017. It was the first time that he heard a political leader of the MEP that we were going to lose our autonomy.
