Today Aruba has 166 active COVID-19 cases

According to DVG (Department of Public Health), 8 more people have recovered, while there are 15 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1 is non-resident. (Positivity rate amongst residents is 10%).

The total active cases for today are 166, the amount of test taken is 209. The laboratory situated at the hospital tested 134 residents; meanwhile, COVID-19 related deaths increased to 39.

Hospital has informed that there are 10 people hospitalized, of which 3 are in Intensive Care, and 7 are isolated in the general ward.

The COVID-19 virus is here on the island, and the key to fight it is union. Aruba must unite to achieve one sole goal: to minimize the spread of COVID-19.
