Minister Lampe expressed that “ Walkout Colegio San Nicolas was not reasonable.” The moment he noticed the teacher’s concern, he asked SIMAR to send the list of the teacher’s names who did not receive their payment for working ‘extra hours.’
According to the Education Ministry, when comparing notes with DPS’s (Dienst Publieke Scholen) Management Team, they noted that all teachers had received their payment.
“That’s why we thought it was strange that they protested when we have proof that they’ve all received their payment.”
Minister Lampe really appreciates the teachers of Colegio San Nicolaas for making a big effort towards educating our youth.
