Humanitarian flights for Venezuelans in Aruba

About 700 Venezuelans left Aruba on 3 of the humanitarian flights. People aboard these flights are those who were deported after being released from prison, those who got stranded here, or people who have overstayed on the island but now want to go back to their country.

DIMAS Public Relationist Marilyn Wout explained that these flights would continue taking place as long as there is a demand. Those wanting to go back to their country could apply via DIMAS’ webpage by clicking on the Voluntary Return tab, or you can go to a travel agency, register, and pay for your ticket. The clients will be notified as soon as a date for the flight is known.
Those who want to leave the island without getting their permit of residency must notify DIMAS so they can get their money back.

Those waiting at Warda Nos Costa to be deported and those who overstayed in Aruba will receive a migration decree stating that they may not enter Aruba during the next 18 months
