During the wee hours of the morning, police received information about a man laying down on the ground, and at first, people thought it was something serious. This incident happened at Caya Boes Orman in Oranjestad. The drunk man was holding on to a wall near Budweiser bar. Police officers went to talk to him when he got emotional and started whining and crying. He told the police he wanted to go back to his country.
He tried to get up, but he was too tired and drunk to do so. He probably had to spend Christmas in a jail cell to recover.
