During the wee hours of the morning, Oranjestad Detectives went to a house in Papaya to arrest the man, Jonathan Kalugar, 24, asleep in a room with his 4-year-old child. This supposedly has to do with the shooting in Dakota. But surprisingly, he was released in the afternoon.
The father got injured in his face during the raid when the detectives hit him with the front door he would open for them.
After all of this, the young man was released. Jonathan is now asking them to fix the door and bring back everything they confiscated from his father. There is no proof against him, and they didn’t find anything on him either.
Two years ago, he was arrested without being involved in the case. Ten days later, suddenly, they found a weapon close to his house.
