It was past midnight when the police received information that a woman was being threatened and abused in Sero Patrishi. Apparently, a man, said to have one or more firearms in his possession, was beating a woman with a stick in Sero Patrishi. Additionally, the man was also said to be threatening people.
The police went to the location and encountered the man with a bottle in hand, who denied any association to the abuse case.
A little while later, the police returned to the scene with backup only to encounter the same man, but this time with a stick in hand. The victim confirmed with the police that this was in fact the man who was abusing her.
The police had no other option but to confiscate the weapon and detain the man immediately. A transport vehicle arrived at the location to bring the man to the police station, where he had to present in front of an auxiliary persecutor to try and elaborate on his actions.
