It is usually the case that people do not make the same mistake twice, however, in this case, it should apply to the police for having to return to a residence in Sabanilla Abao once more, and this time detain a man.
This occurred on Friday night when the police went to an address in the aforementioned area to detain a man for threatening to stab his ex-partner.
Upon arrival, they did not see the man. They were informed that the man had already left the scene in a black Mercedes Benz. They noted this information and requested that police patrolling the streets keep a lookout for this vehicle.
After 10:00 pm, the police had to return to this address and were lucky enough to encounter the man this time. The man had returned to his ex-partner’s place and was trying to find a way to enter the home.
The man in question is referred to as JR and is well-known by the police. Keeping his previous threats in mind, the police detained the man immediately.
The ex-partner insisted on not pressing charges on the man, however, the police detained him anyway because he was out past the curfew. A transport vehicle was requested to transport the man to the police station.
There he had to present in front of a persecutor and explain the reason behind his actions.
