Ninosca Nuñez was visited by the members of the search team this morning as they were detained, together with their spouse Gabby Werleman as suspects in the Avestruz case. They were both suspects in relation with the former minister Paul Croes’ IBiS case.
These arrests were made due to possible punishable acts surrounding the granting of Aruban ground lease terrains. These arrests are following the three that took place last week including a mother and her daughter (Leoncita Arends and Rebecca Richardson) in addition to a man by the name of Jeff Franken.
Ninosca and her husband were suspects in the IBiS case, during which Ninosca was declared free, but not without the Public Ministry’s disapproval.
