Saturday night at around 11:00 pm, the police arrived at a home in Madiki to tend to an unwanted person. Upon arrival, the police encountered an elderly man who appeared to be upset and a little drunk. He informed the police that he purchased a refrigerator for a woman who is now ignoring him. He explained that he was at the home to take the fridge back.
Seeing as how the curfew had already started, the police opted to detain the man and bring him to the police station. Once the man is released in the morning, he will likely return to the home to retrieve his fridge. This elderly man stated that he feels like the woman used him to buy a fridge and now wants nothing to do with him.
