Yesterday afternoon at around 3:00 pm, the police arrived at an address in Bubali to mediate a discussion between two people who could not seem to come to an agreement.
According to our sources, the situation became tense and resulted in one of both parties getting aggressive. A little while later, someone was arrested. The reason as to why the situation escalated is unknown.
The aggressor was transported to the police station in Shaba.
