A serious accident occurred on the ‘Buena Vista’ road headed toward the airport. It occurred at around 10:30 pm last night when a blue Hyundai Accent crashed into the wall surrounding Hyatt Place.
All signs are pointing toward the driver losing control of their vehicle and suddenly colliding with a pillar that is part of the wall surrounding the hotel. Luckily, there was only one vehicle involved in this accident. For as far as we know, there were two passengers in the vehicle; a man and a woman. The impact was primarily on the driver’s side of the vehicle and the car suffered a significant amount of damage. The vehicle was completely destroyed.
An ambulance arrived at the scene to provide the victims with medical care. After inspecting them, they were transported to the hospital to receive further medical attention. The traffic police also arrived at the scene to report this serious accident.
Thankfully the driver of the vehicle acted quickly because seeing the impact, the outcome could have been a lot worse. The fire department also arrived at the scene in case the vehicle needed to be pried open to release the victims, luckily, both the driver and the passenger were able to exit the vehicle without their assistance.
