Sunday night at around 11:50 pm, the police went to a home in Madiki to tend to a situation that had gotten out of hand. The case involves a father who did not wish to leave his five-year-old daughter with her mother.
The moment the man arrived at the home with the child, he noticed that the child’s mother was drunk. Noticing this, the father decided that it would be best to leave with the child instead of leaving her with her mother.
The mother apparently did not appreciate this decision very much and became aggressive when the father wanted to leave with the child. In order to keep the situation under control, there was no other option but to detain the woman and bring her to the police station, in order to tend to her there.
