Tuesday afternoon at around 12:25 pm, an accident occurred on the road between Sero Pita and Tamarijn in which one person was injured.
The police were dispatched to the location immediately and upon their arrival, they understood that the silver Chevrolet Spark was driving on the main road when, suddenly, an elderly woman in a white Yaris suddenly merged onto the road right in front of the Spark. The Spark, unable to stop in time due to the speed they were driving, collided with the Yaris. The elderly driver of the Yaris was experiencing quite a bit of pain, for which an ambulance was called.
Paramedics arrived at the scene to provide the woman with medical care while traffic police present at the scene to start their investigation.
