Yesterday at around 6:00 pm, the police rushed to Renaissance Mall to tend to a serious incident. Here, a tourist fell from the second floor of the mall. At first, there were several versions of what had happened. Some people informed the police that the woman had thrown herself off of the balcony. On the other side, the family informed us that she simply went to take a selfie on the edge of the balcony.
During her selfie-taking, the tourist lost her balance and fell straight down. Her condition is pretty serious. An ambulance arrived at the scene in order to rush her to the hospital, where she will receive further medical care.
This case concerns a woman who is traveling with her husband and young son. The victim support team was notified of this case, as well as the forensic police and detectives. In the meantime, the police present at the scene provided the family with support after having taken all the essential data pertaining to this case.
