The water and energy company WEB Aruba N.V. is searching for a new director. This, after their CEO and COO Luis Oduber and Randolph Ruiz, as CFO accepted the compensation package with their boss at Utilities Aruba N.V., represented by lawyer Anthony Ruiz. Their “voluntary” retirement went in on August 1st, 2021. In the meantime, Lati Wever has been serving as the temporary president of the company, until a new person is recruited.
Now a notice has been placed in search of a new general director for the company. They agreed that the salary for the director will not be 333 thousand florins per year as it previously was, but 130% of a minister’s salary.
