This morning the sewage treatment plant (RWZI) in Bubali was met with a peculiar situation when they encountered their purification plant covered in suds.
Yesterday, the plant had been fine. It appears that today, some soapy water or water containing some kind of detergent must have been added to make the water have so many bubbles.
DOW mentioned that the sewage treatment plant will, unfortunately, not be able to function properly like this.
They hope that this unfortunate incident will serve as reminder to all that complying with the rules is essential to prevent such cases from happening again in the future.
