The ministry of economic affairs, communication, and stainable development organizer a Summit for San Nicolas’ Youth Entrepeneurs. They chose an approach that involves various spokespersons coming in to teach their young entrepreneurs which abilities it takes to start your own business. They wanted to show the economic potential that San Nicolas has to offer.
Many times we overestimate, even though there is big economic potential and the government wants businesses to realize this. Without these businesses, it’s impossible for this area to develop. Because of this economic potential, this two-day summit was organized.
In June, they will continue with the second paet. In this second part, there will be a training on how to make a business plan as well as certain habits that are essential to becoming a successful business owner. There was a lot of interest for this summit and many people signed up. Unfortunately, not everyone was able to be accommodated as the space was limited.
Minister Wever is very pleased with the outcome and hopes it a as a success for those who participated and that they left feeling inspired to transform San Nicolas.
