The boat Kayleen A-2122 which was first believed to have been lost at sea was later found to have people onboard who were carrying drugs and weapons. At first, authorities confirmed that the three people photographed were all on the boat.
It was later determined that one of the persons in the picture was Jorgino Restrepo. Jorgino Restrepo was thought to have been on the boat as he was a friend of the other two people. He was thankfully not part of the incident.
Jorgino Restrepo is not a suspect and is not involved in the criminal case against those found with drugs and weapons. He is innocent and spoke to 24ora.com to clear himself for the sake of his employment.
