Minister Ursell Arends will lose face if his own employees are starting the fires

Even though minister Ursell Arends is doing his best to eliminate potentially flammable materials from causing more potential fires and dark smoke at the Dump, it is likely his employees who are either starting the fires intentionally or are too careless to practice more caution.

Today is yet another example of this. On Wednesday morning the residents of the area as well as the public passing by could see the black smoke from a distance. When our team went to inspect what had happened, it turned out that an incinerator had set a large quantity of pallets on fire. Apparently, the government has to start handling these workers with a heavier hand because they continue to set things on fire.

The message has to be loud and clear that these situations are no longer acceptable and there should be consequences put in place. The disturbance that this dark and toxic smoke causes to those in the area can be a risk to their health in addition to the general displeasure and stench.

We hope to hear more as to how this could have happened yet again
