It was decided to do three weekends of Crossfit because there are three Crossfit gyms. Every gym organized an event on their own, but throughout the process, they were in communication with one another so that they could make sure all the workouts would vary, and that every event had enough staff members to help out.
Tarek Nava, the Crossfit organizer, stated that this was the first time that things were organized this way and that everything is going well so far. This past weekend the Crossfit Grand Finale took place, during which the winners were announced. After this event, the AF3 Master Competition will take place, which is an international competition for those 30 years and older. According to Nava, that is a big event that is being organized for November.
Saturday the skilled, intermediate, and RX categories took place, which are the basic ones. While the masters are categories for those 30 years and older and have been divided into groups of four. As for the results, they are as follows:
