Melony Croes-Peasch is no longer sought by the court of appeal

After seven painful years, a lengthy process finally comes to an end for Melony Croes-Paesch. Today she was notified that the Public Ministry is no longer persecuting her for the Court of Appeal in The Netherlands.

This is huge news for the Croes family, as it puts an end to 7 long years of being sought after. Both Melony and her husband were wanted as suspects in the Ibis case. They were both condemned at first, but Melony appealed and was let go. The Attourney General was not satisfied with this and appealed for their incarceration. Today it was decided to drop the case and Croes-Paesch would no longer be persecuted.

Melony Croes-Paesch can finally be declared fully free after three judges also declared her not guilty of laundering money.

“This painful and heavy time in our lives has finally come to an end”, said Melony Croes-Paesch via a Facebook post where she can be seen on her knees in church.
