Issues between couples have been increasing lately, and oftentimes they end in aggression. This happened once again at 12:00 am on Friday, when a man assaulted his partner in Caya Solo.
During the bout of aggression, a woman was injured, as the man hit her over the head when things got out of hand. The police were called to tend to the situation.
Upon their arrival, the aggressor was attempting to flee the scene. The police sprung into action right away and followed the man. They managed to stop the man right next to the barber in Tarabana.
They detained the man right away and transported him to the police station in Playa.
