The Department of Infrastructure and Planning (DIP) informs the community of Savaneta regarding the land with a pier between the former Brisas del Mar and a private property belonging to a family. DIP informs that there is no reason for concern regarding access to this land and the pier that used for fishing and family beach days.
This land belongs to the government and is available to the community of Savaneta and its neighbors. Furthermore, there are no ongoing requests to lease the land, and if any were made, they would not be granted.
