During the past few weeks, rigorous training has been taking place amongst the Aruban and American Marines. This training is known as the “Caribbean Coastal Warrior” and takes place in the ocean surrounding Aruba.
American Marines from the 2d Marine Division came to Aruba and met with their colleagues at the Marinierskazerne Savaneta. They have been diving together for years and it appears that the waters around Aruba are the most ideal for this type of training.
Just like other training, the “Caribbean Urban Warrior takes place annually in Aruba, and it helps to strengthen the bond between the two parties.
