Yet another tourist falls victim to the electric scooters placed all around the hotel area.
Thursday evening at around 6:00 pm, an ambulance went to the roundabout in Palm Beach to tend to an accident. Upon their arrival, paramedics learned that a woman had fallen off an electric scooter when she hit a bump in the middle of the roundabout.
Paramedics tended to the victim and we did notice that she was able to walk into the ambulance on her own. They concluded that it was not necessary to transport her to the hospital. They did, however, offer her a lift to her accommodation and notified Forensys to document the accident.
Just last week a similar accident occurred during which a tourist lost control of the same type of electric scooter and crashed, injuring themself in the process.
