A failed robbery in Tanki Flipp was reported this afternoon. According to multiple witnesses, a dark-skinned person wearing a mask went to Tanki Flip 34-A with a firearm in hand.
The two men at the aforementioned address fought against the attacker, during which an accident shot was fired. This caused the robber to flee the scene. The two men were left beaten and bruised; blood could be seen on their faces and heads. While the ambulance arrived to assist the victims, various police units searched the surrounding area for the aggressor, who had fled on foot. They found the mask in some nearby bushes.
The K-9 Unit also arrived at the scene to search for the firearm. The victims were treated at the scene and it was not necessary to transport them to the hospital for further medical care. The criminal is presumed to still be on the loose as no arrests had been made at the time of this publication.
