After holding a cleaning in the neighborhood, and even hosting the Limpi Limpi campaign there, the streets of the village are once again covered in an avalanche of trash. It is sad to see the streets being treated more like a dump.
During the day, residents of the Caya Corsou noticed a large pile of trash and yard debris that even hindered drivers’ visibility as they passed through the street.
Residents cannot understand why individuals continue to litter the streets with trash despite the obvious efforts being made to keep the area clean. It just goes to show how little regard people have for cleanliness and their refusal to dispose of their trash properly. They apparently prefer to simply throw the trash onto the streets and create illegal dumps.
Authorities have been notified, but as of this afternoon, nothing has been done. Residents also ask that something is done to stop those behind the acts, if not they will continue to soil the streets and attract unwanted pests.
