Late Friday night at around 11:10 pm, an accident occurred in the parking lot of the Reina Beatrix International Airport. An employee of the airport was leaving work in their personal vehicle when they hit a traffic sign in the parking lot.
The driver was slightly injured, so they were transported to the hospital in order to receive medical attention. The material damage was severe. The police arrived to document and register this accident. Luckily, no other vehicles were involved.
