Embezzlement and corrupt official cases in court

On Thursday morning, there will be some interesting cases on the docket. However, apparently, not all cases will proceed due to a lack of information.

The first case involves embezzlement charges against Melody Henriquez, Yuraney Toppenberg, and Radamel Ray Jimenez.

They are accused of embezzling various sums of money from January 2018 to April 22, 2022. They are also accused of selling a stolen vehicle, namely a boat, between October 27, 2021, and March 30, 2022.

Toppenberg is charged with embezzlement during the period from January 2017 to March 30, 2022. She is accused of selling a stolen car, jewelry, and money on March 30, 2022.

R.J. is charged with embezzlement from January 2018 to March 30, 2022. He is accused of selling the aforementioned stolen boat, a car, and/or various pieces of jewelry and amounts in dollars and florins.

Joshua Gonsalves, Sharduearly Fradl, and Josue Miranda were accused of cocaine importation on August 16, 2023. Subsequently, Johanklin Marcano was charged with threatening three people with death on August 13, 2023.

Finally, in the afternoon hours, there is a case against a former Tax Department employee. This concerns Michael Gario, who was the Manager of the Restitution section. He allegedly took money as a civil servant from April 1, 2021, to June 3, 2022, in exchange for favors.
