On Thursday afternoon at around 6:45 p.m., the police were called to a residence in San Miguel. They went to the house to deal with a father who behaved aggressively toward his own child.
Upon the police’s arrival, they asked to let the child out of the house, but the father refused and was unwilling to comply. Somehow, the child managed to get out of the house and ran to the police officers.
According to our sources, the father was intoxicated and was high on other substances as well. The police attempted to calm the situation, but they were unsuccessful. As a last resort, the police transported him to the police station, where he was held in custody.
