Aruban found dead in a hotel in Curaçao

Curaçao authorities went to the Curacao Airport Hotel for an alarming incident. Hotel staff reportedly found a deceased person in a room. Upon arrival, they found a man showing no signs of life. He was an Aruban with the last name Kelly, born in 1956.

He had traveled from Bonaire to Curaçao, intending to continue to Aruba today. Hotel staff went to check on the man after he failed to check out on time. He was supposed to check out by noon to catch an afternoon flight to Aruba. This led to the discovery of the lifeless body in the room.

A Forensic Doctor from the Curaçao Police went to the scene and confirmed the death. No mention has been made of a crime yet, but the investigation is in full swing.

Our sincerest condolences to his family. Authorities in Curaçao will inform the family in Aruba.
